The Incolink Foundation Fund has been established to enable the development of services and programs for the building and construction industry to assist in the health and safety of workers and their families.

Out of natural evolution of industry growth and Incolink member services the Incolink Foundation Fund was established in 2008 as a non-profit body to manage charitable donations and expand of our well being services.

Its purpose is to optimise the health and well being of workers through the targeted delivery of a range of services and programs.

The Incolink Foundation Fund develops and delivers innovative and quality programs based on evidence of best practice. Our approach is both collaborative and sustainable. We aim to increase skills and knowledge, as well as networks of support, to allow workers to optimise their health and well being.
