Incolink welcomes directors

Incolink welcomes directors Elizabeth Lukin, Sherri Hayward and Zach Smith, appointed to the board of Incolink on Tuesday 8 October 2024 by CFMEU Administrator Mark Irving KC.

Elizabeth (Liz) Lukin is a strategic communications consultant and non-executive director who began her a working life as a nurse in Queensland. Her board experience includes WorkSafe Victoria and Albury-Wodonga Health. She has held executive leadership positions at the AFL and Essential.

Sherri Hayward is a senior legal and industrial officer at the CFMEU New South Wales Branch. She has been a member of the NSW Dust Diseases Board since 2021.

Zach Smith is the national and ACT secretary of the CFMEU construction and general division. He is a member of the Federal Government’s National Construction Industry Forum.

Ms Lukin, Ms Hayward and Mr Smith fill vacancies left by Elizabeth Doidge, John Setka and Robert Graauwmans. They will serve on a board nominated equally by employer and union Incolink shareholders alongside independent Director and Acting President, Professor The Hon. Jill Hennessy.

Incolink thanks the outgoing directors for their service and welcomes Ms Lukin, Ms Hayward and Mr Smith to the board.
