Incolink’s Bluehats Suicide Prevention Program is a gatekeeper training suicide prevention initiative challenging the stigma surrounding suicide. Bluehats aims to normalise mental health by training workers how to recognise the signs of stress in themselves and in others. The life-saving skills learned in the Bluehats program are transferrable, with the capacity to help families and friends in the wider community.
