Incolink was proud to have Alison Mirams, CEO of Roberts Co join us for our latest Industry Webinar.
Hosted by Incolink CEO, Erik Locke, Ms Mirams provided a valuable insight into the vision of Roberts Co and the transformative practices she has implemented at this industry leading, NSW based company.
Whilst undertaking major projects such as the $340m Concord Hospital redevelopment, Ms Mirams has been striving to transform her organisation, overseeing modern work practises, and promoting increased employment of women within the construction industry. This leadership has been lauded by her peers and recognised as the recipient of the Laing O’Rourke Businesswoman of the Year Award in 2018.
With Alison at the helm, Roberts Co has made a concerted effort to boost the participation of women in their organisation - 32 per cent of its employees are women, including 65 per cent of its executive team. In conjunction with the UNSW, they also launched Project 5, a study into the benefits of the 5 day working week they instituted on their Concord and Liverpool Hospital projects.
