An employee assistance program constructed for your workplace by experts in our industry.
We have proudly supported the wellbeing of construction workers for over 30 years.
One of the ways we do this is through Incolink Assist, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Through this service we provide counselling support to construction businesses and their workforce.
As of 1 July 2024, this service is free of charge to employers.
- Employees have access to up to 3 sessions per year

An Employee Assistance Program provides eligible employees with confidential counselling and support paid for by their employer.
Mental health conditions cost Australian workplaces $10.9 billion each year – more than any physical injury. One in five Australians will experience a poor mental health each year.
Stress can be sudden or build over time and impact the employee’s wellbeing and performance.
Early intervention and easy access to treatment can reduce the duration of a mental health episode and enable an employee to participate more fully in the workplace while keeping their minds healthy.
As of 1 July 2024, the Incolink Assist service is free of charge to Incolink Employer members and their workforce.
