As a Victorian Incolink member you receive access to our insurance program, to support you when the unexpected happens.
Insurance Coverage
Insurances help to keep you protected both on and off the job, supporting you when the unexpected happens.

When Redundancy is Paid
Are you a Victorian worker receiving Redundancy Contributions from an Incolink Employer, or who is having apprentice days recorded? If so, you will receive Leisure Time Accident Insurance, including:
- Leisure Time Injury - Weekly Benefit
- Broken Bones
- Capital Benefits
- Journey Cover - Weekly Benefits
- Journey Cover - Capital Benefits
- Bill Payer (when additional premium is paid)
You will also receive Discretionary Cover, including:
- Emergency Transport (incl. Family)
- Accidental Dental (incl. Family)
- Funeral (Member Only)
When Additional IPT Contributions are Paid
If your employer is also paying IPT Contributions on your behalf, you will also receive Income Protection and Trauma (IPT) Insurance. This includes:
- Leisure Time Illness - Weekly Benefit
- Bill Payer (when additional premium is paid)
- TAC Top-Up
- Workers Compensation Top-Up
- Workplace Death and Capital Benefits
- WorkCover Top-Up and Workplace Death and Capital Benefits for workers aged 70-75.*
Eligible** Incolink members are also able to access Incolink's Work Injury Management Service - provided by Total Claims Solutions. Find out more about WIMS here.
When Additional PSL Insurance Contributions are Paid
If your employer also pays PSL Insurance Contributions on your behalf, you will receive the following additional cover:
- Sick Leave Benefit – Injury
- Sick Leave Benefit – Illness
- Sick Leave Benefit - Carers
Your Portable Sick Leave Insurance records and holds up to 100 days of unused sick leave that you have remaining at time of termination. PSLI is available to you if you meet the following the conditions:
- You are employed and working for an employer registered in the PSLI program.
- Your employer is paying the PSLI premium on your behalf.
Days will be held for up to 2 years from your last employer’s PSLI premium contribution payment.
Incolink WIMS
Eligible workers are also able to access Incolink's Work Injury Management Service (Incolink WIMS) – a specialised construction workers’ compensation injury management service for Incolink members. Incolink WIMS is provided by Total Claims Solutions. Find out more about WIMS here.

* Only applies for workers who are gainfully employed by a registered employer member who has continued to pay their redundancy and IPT premiums up to age 70, cover for Workcover top-up and workplace death and capital benefits is extended up to their 75th birthday. Redundancy payments must continue up to the worker’s 75th birthday.
