Rebecca Casson welcomed as Incolink President

Posted on Dec 07, 2022

We are pleased to announce that Rebecca Casson was recently appointed as the new President of Incolink.

Rebecca was the first female leader of Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV), and will soon be stepping into the role of the first female President at Incolink.

Rebecca has a strong background in government, industry, and the not-for-profit sector. She has held senior global roles with responsibilities covering international engagement, government relations, corporate diplomacy, and major projects, together with policy development and implementation.

After four years of leadership in the Master Builders Victoria, Rebecca has proven herself a great advocate for both her members and the broader construction industry, particularly during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rebecca was recognised for her efforts by being named on the 2021 Victorian Honour Roll for Women.

Speaking about this historic nomination, Incolink CEO Erik Locke said “Rebecca has made a significant impact on our industry over the last four years. Despite a turbulent period during the pandemic, Rebecca led a transformation of the organisation which has positioned MBV for the future - while building a stronger industry overall.”

Rebecca will step into the role of Incolink President in early 2023.

“I look forward to continuing my involvement with Incolink and remaining closely connected to the broader building and construction industry,” Rebecca said.
