Introducing Full Balance Claims from 1 September

From 1 September, Incolink will be removing staged claims, making it easier for members to get access to all their money when they need it most.

Full balance claims will be available for claims from both the Default Account and Voluntary Termination Account.

“We are constantly listening to our members, taking on board their feedback, and making changes to make their lives easier” said Incolink Chief Executive Officer Mathew Toner.

Alongside this announcement, Incolink has also implemented a dual-account structure to protect tax-free genuine redundancy claims.
