Promoter

REDUNDANCY PAYMENT CENTRAL FUND LTD (ABN 22 862 951 309) of 1 Pelham Street, Carlton, Victoria 3053 (Incolink).

Promotion

The game of chance competition for NSW-based members of Redundancy Funds conducted by the Promoter to promote the benefits of consolidating their redundancy accounts into one fund.

Promotion Period

From 6.00am to 11.59am on 11 August 2026

Eligibility

For an Entry to be eligible to go into the draw to win the Prize:

  • The Entrant must:
  • Be aged 18 and above;
  • reside in NSW;
  • Be working at BESIX Watpac Shellharbour Hospital Development Site, Dunmore Rd, Shell Cove NSW 2529 during the promotion period;
  • have not entered another Incolink Balance Transfer Competition in 2026;
  • have held their funds with both Incolink and another redundancy fund;
  • have moved the total balance of funds from the non-Incolink redundancy fund into Incolink’s redundancy fund prior to the Draw Date;

AND

  • transferred funds must be received by Incolink prior to the Draw Date.

Prize

The Winner of the Prize awarded under the Promotion will receive two (2) prepaid VISA gift cards valued at $500 each.

Prize Total Value

The total Prize pool is valued at $1,000.

Publication

The winner’s name will be published on the Incolink website at https://incolink.org.au/ seven (7) days after the draw date.

If a redraw is required it will take place one week (7 days) after the Draw.

Terms and conditions

  1. The Promotion
    • These terms and conditions and the Entry Details govern the Promotion.
    • The Promotion will commence on the start date and close on the end date (Promotion Period).
  2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to any individual who meets all the following criteria (each an Entrant):

  • the Eligibility criteria in the Schedule;
  • the individual is not involved in conducting the Promotion or the management of any benefiting business in relation to the Promotion; and
  • the individual is not employed by the Promoter or related in any way to an existing employee of the Promoter.

The Promoter will randomly draw the winner of the Major Prize in the Promotion (Winner) from the pool of valid entries made by Entrants during the Promotion Period by random (Draw) on the Draw Date.

  • the Draw will take place at the Draw Location on the Draw Date; and
  • Each valid entry in the Draw will have an equal chance of being drawn.

If the Prize is unavailable, or becomes unavailable through no fault of the Promoter after the commencement of the Promotion, the Promoter may substitute the Prize with a substitute prize, provided that the substitute prize is of the same or similar value or specification as the Prize.

  1. Unclaimed Prize
    • If the Prize is not able to be sent to/collected by the Winner through no fault of the Promoter within a period of 3 months after the Draw Date (Claim Period), the Prize will be deemed forfeited.
    • The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact the Winner during the Claim Period.
  2. Redraw
    • In the event that a winner is found to be ineligible, a second draw [for that Prize] (Redraw) will take place on the Redraw Date, and the Redraw will be deemed a Draw and the Redraw Date will be deemed the Draw Date for the purposes of clauses 1.5, 1.11 and 1.15 of these terms and conditions.
    • The Redraw will take place at the Redraw Location.
  3. Promotion
    • The Winner may be asked to sign a release and consent form by the Promoter, allowing the Promoter use the Winner’s image, name, likeness, voice and entry in media activity, marketing and promoting the Promotion and the Promoter’s services.
  4. Dispute resolution
    • A complaint about the Promotion, including about claiming the Prize, may be made by writing to:

  • Decisions of the Promoter in relation to any complaints are final and may be made in the Promoter’s complete and sole discretion (subject to the oversight of NSW Fair Trading and applicable legislation).

Without limiting clause 1.15, if the Promotion is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, including cyber-attack, industrial strike, computer virus, fraud, or technical failures, the Promoter may take appropriate action with respect to the Promotion (including suspension, termination or modification of the Promotion) as it deems appropriate, subject to any relevant regulation or law or direction from a regulatory authority.

  1. Privacy and personal information
    • (a) The Promoter will collect, use and retain for a reasonable period the personal information of each Entrant for the purpose of running the Promotion including:
      • communicating with the Entrant regarding the Promotion;
      • verifying that these terms and conditions have been complied with;
      • promoting the Promotion.
    • An Entrant’s personal information may be passed to a third party for the purpose of having the Prize delivered.
    • Use of each Entrant’s personal information will be in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here https://incolink.org.au/privac... which sets out how to access and correct your personal personal information or make a privacy complaint.
    • The Promoter will not use the personal information of an Entrant except in accordance with the purposes stated in this clause.
    • If you do not provide your personal information, we will not be able to determine your eligibility and you will not be able to participate in the Promotion.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in respect of any proceedings in connection with these terms and conditions.
