Updated security measures to protect your account

Posted on Dec 19, 2022

As of today, Victoria has joined other states making it mandatory to provide a Driver's Licence card number as an added security measure.

This verification will be required to access airports, banks and when making claims on your Incolink account.

This is now a requirement in all states throughout Australia, as an added protection against fraud.

How to find your driver's licence document number

Members can find their card number on their Victorian driver's licence below:

Members making claims will need to enter the above number when verifying their identity. This added security measure will help keep your account secure.
