Welcoming our NSW employers

Posted on Sept 12, 2024

Since expanding our operations into NSW we’ve been rolling out our services across the state.

On behalf of CEO Erik Locke, NSW General Manager Monica Vardabasso recently hosted a breakfast with the state’s biggest building employers.

Participants discussed the services and opportunities that Incolink is bringing to NSW, the benefits of tax-free genuine redundancy for worker members and the chance to engage in productive and informative dialogue about the industry.

It was a great opportunity to meet employer representations, including payroll, human resources, IR and finance staff to talk about the registration process and how we can make their lives easier.

Celebrating our health services

We heard great feedback about our health check programs currently running on sites all over NSW – improving productivity and keeping workers healthy.

Since the first health check in July, we have run two to three onsite every week. Each has been oversubscribed and we’re being invited back to run more. It's just one of the ways we support employers and the wider industry.

Both workers and employers have told us they’ve never had access to services like these on-site.

We’d like to thank our NSW employer members for joining us and contributing to what was a valuable discussion.

If you’d like to participate in future events like this one, please contact Monica at monicav@incolink.org.au
