Multiplex is constructing a $354 million, 80 storey apartment tower in the heart of Melbourne’s central business district at 350 Queen Street.

This is the first of the two tower development that will be built by 3L Alliance.

Approximately 110 workers were on the site early March 2019, with the construction workforce expected to reach up to 400 when the project is running at capacity. Construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.

The Queens Place tower will feature a mix of offices, a public plaza with a laneway shopping precinct and a luxurious lifestyle amenities such as private cinemas, a library, poker and mah-jong room and a private garden terrace.

Apartments in the project sit atop a six level basement and a six level podium, with the podium levels including a swimming pool, gymnasium, crèche and a double storey supermarket as well as two levels of private residential amenities. Accommodation comprises one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as penthouses.
