The Incolink Onsite Wellbeing and Support Van is out and about, starting to help our members!
On Sunday, we were on location at the Cummo Cup, an annual charity football match headed by Incolink member and Bluehat Kevin Elms which raises much-needed funds for the John Cummins Memorial Foundation.
At the event, members were able to sign up for a 10 minute health check, in which a nurse checks cardiovascular health, blood glucose and cholesterol, and also talk through lifestyle factors like diet, alcohol use and smoking to get a better overall picture of health for the workers.
We know how tough it can be to find time to get away from work to go to a doctor’s appointment for a checkup, which is why we are committed to helping to bring services on site to our members.
From on the spot skin checks, flu vaccinations and general health check-ups, Incolink offers an array of services to our members, and the Services van will now allow worksites which may not have previously had the facilities necessary for such checks to now be able to bring these services to site.
It’s just another way we are working to bring value to our members, both on and off the worksite.
