An update on our New Member Offer

Posted on Oct 09, 2025

Incolink is always looking at improvements to services for our members and we have some important updates on how we are doing this.

Incolink Dividend eligibility

In June we announced that Incolink would be offering a dividend to members for the first time in 2025. Incolink is the first and the only workers’ entitlement fund in Australia that will offer both a dividend to members and comprehensive services to industry.

We have now established eligibility criteria that allows for the best interests of current and future members, and keeps our fund in a strong and stable position.

Members will receive a dividend if they have received a contribution between 1 July 2024 and 30 June 2025, and you have the sufficient balance to meet the minimum dividend amount.

Later this year we will determine the dividend amount and we will keep you informed as this is considered.

In the interim, please log into your Incolink account and ensure that your details are accurate and up to date. If you believe there is a chance that you have multiple Incolink accounts, these will need to be consolidated to receive the dividend. To fix this, contact our team at __________ across standard business hours.

Incolink is committed to delivering high quality service aligned to our values and our commitment to quality customer service.

Customer Service Charter

That’s why we have developed a Customer Service Charter with the standards of service our members can expect. These are our standards in reliability, responsiveness, assurance, privacy and data security, caring and personalised attention and the way we present ourselves to our members.

Your membership rights detail our obligations to provide you with efficient, honest and fair services and the responsibilities that you have in return.
