Incolink Membership Rights

This document outlines the rights of Incolink members (participating employers in the Australian commercial construction industry and their workers) to ensure fair, transparent and empathetic access to benefits and services, aligning with our mission to support a skilled and healthy workforce.

Who We Are

Our members get the security of redundancy payments, portable sick leave and income protection insurance. Through investment of member entitlements, we fund wellbeing programs like counselling and on-site health services to build a stronger industry and help workers when they need us most.

We represent a true employer and union partnership, putting the health, wellbeing and financial security of members first.

Our investments are focused on building a sustainable workforce to support the future skills needs of the industry for workers and employers.

Who does this document apply to?

This document applies to members of the funds that Incolink administers as trustee and their workers, pursuant to the terms of the relevant trust deeds.

Your Membership Rights

Access to Benefits (Worker and Employer Members)

  • Receive timely and accurate redundancy payments, portable sick leave and income protection via WorkerLink for workers and access to monthly compliance reporting via EmployerLink for employers. These are subject to eligibility and compliance with trust deed terms.
  • Access to health and wellbeing services, including counselling, health checks and critical incident support, delivered in partnership with specialist health providers.
  • Participate in industry-leading training programs to enhance skills and career opportunities.

Fair and Non-Discriminatory Treatment

  • Be treated with respect and fairness, free from discrimination based on protected attributes (e.g. religious beliefs, medical history, trade/occupation, as per prior responses) under relevant State and Commonwealth legislation.
  • Zero tolerance for bullying or harassment, with access to Incolink’s dispute resolution process and incident reporting.

Transparent Communication

  • Receive clear, timely information about your benefits, claims and account status via WorkerLink, EmployerLink, or the Incolink App.
  • Be informed of changes to systems or processes (e.g. EmployerLink termination reason updates effective 14 July 2025).
  • Access to Incolink’s dispute resolution and incident reporting processes.

Incolink Dispute Resolution Process

  • Lodge disputes about claims or invoicing through Incolink’s fair and timely dispute resolution process.
  • Provide feedback or complaints via [email protected], 1800 337 789 or the Incolink App with responses within 5 business days as per our responsiveness principle.
  • Escalate unresolved disputes through Incolink’s formal dispute resolution process.

Safe and Supportive Environment

  • Access support for financial crisis, career guidance and skills training when required.
  • Receive mental health and wellbeing support including counselling and critical incident response to address personal and workplace challenges.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Your personal and financial information (e.g. claims, medical records) is protected under privacy laws and only used for legitimate purposes.
  • Confidential handling of complaints or disputes with anonymity options when appropriate.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information for claims or inquiries.
  • Engage respectfully with Incolink staff and service providers.
  • Notify Incolink of changes to employment or contact details via WorkerLink/EmployerLink.
