Priority Care NSW
Medical Support When You Need It Most
Cut your hand at home? Knocked your head on site? Can't shake a bad flu? Priority Care is a new 24/7 medical triage and coordination service that assesses your situation and, when needed, gets you in to see a doctor quickly.
Available to all NSW Incolink members.
How It Works
- Call Anytime – 1800 238 026, 24/7. A certified translator is available if required.
- Quick Triage – Speak with an allied health professional who understands your industry.
- We Handle the Rest – From booking appointments to arranging specialist referrals, your allied health professional coordinates your care and checks in on your progress.
In an emergency, always call 000.
In the event of a workplace accident, if you are a member of a union, please consider contacting them for workplace and WorkCover advice.
Why Act Early
Whether it's an injury at work, at home, or worsening illness, early help means faster recovery and less time off.
There's no cost to call Priority Care. If any out-of-pocket costs apply (not covered by Medicare, Private Health Insurance or WorkCover), Priority Care will let you know upfront.
Who's Covered
Priority Care is available to Incolink-registered workers in NSW, as long as their employer is up to date with redundancy contributions.
