An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides eligible employees with confidential counselling and support paid for by their employer.

We know that a broad range of issues can impact our workforce even at the best of times - relationship stress, alcohol and drug issues as well as financial and work-related stress.

We are very proud to partner with Incolink Assist to provide our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Incolink is the safety net for the building and construction industry and has been providing counselling and support services for over 30 years.

At Cooke & Dowsett Plumbing Group (CDPG), we care about our people and aim to provide a healthy workplace, where our team are engaged, happier and healthier.

Our EAP is designed to enhance the emotional, mental and general wellbeing of our team.

Our EAP is a free, short term and strictly confidential counselling service delivered through an independent provider, Incolink.

Our EAP offers counselling support to:

  • all employees
