Christmas Hours

Incolink 24/7 Counselling remains available to members and their families during our Christmas closure. Call 1300 000 129 any time of the day or night if you or someone you know is in need.

End of employment claims submitted by 5pm Tuesday 21 December 2021 will be processed by our team before Christmas.

Customer Support phone lines will close at 11am Thursday 23 December 2021. This is so we can prioritise any last-minute claims and process them in time for end of year cut off.

Claims processing will recommence at 9am Wednesday 5 January 2022. From this time, customer support enquiries can be made by email to support@incolink.org.au.
