An Employee Assistance Program provides eligible employees and their family with confidential counselling and support at no cost to the individual.
The Hickory Help program offers staff three free confidential counselling sessions per year, per topic, delivered by the experienced team at Incolink. If further consultation is required, the team at Incolink will recommend a suitable plan or referral process that best supports your circumstances.
You can discuss any matter you wish with our counsellors. Some of the issues people commonly discuss with counsellors include:
- Depression or anxiety
- Relationship issues
- Alcohol, drug or gambling related harm
- Workplace changes or stress
- Financial stress
Yes. Your employer will not receive identifying details of the names of staff or the issues raised by any individual staff member.
