Sometimes life can be tough and we can face challenges at home or work.
It can be difficult to ask for help or to even admit that we might need some support.
Asking for help takes courage. We can’t tackle every challenge by ourselves, sometimes for things to improve we need to ask for support.
Our ‘Drop the act’ campaign is encouraging our industry to do just that. Drop the act when it comes to our mental health and stop pretending everything is okay if it isn’t.
Through a series of three videos showing three different situations, we’re showing that it’s okay to lean on your friends when you need them.

Next time someone asks you if you’re alright, try being honest with them about what’s going on. They may not be able to fix what’s going on, but they might lend an ear and support you through it.
This campaign continues the fight to dismantle harmful stigmas and promote healthier conversations about mental health.
