Incolink is the trading name of the Redundancy Payment Central Fund Ltd, a company incorporated in Victoria. The Company acts as the Trustee of the Trust which governs two trusts:
- The Redundancy Payment Approved Worker Entitlement Fund No. 1, applicable to employers and their workers within the commercial construction sector.
- The Redundancy Payment Approved Worker Entitlement Fund No. 2, applicable to employers and their workers within the commercial construction & civil sector.
Workers are entitled to redundancy payments in accordance with:
- The terms of their Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) or industrial agreement
- The Contract of Employment
